Data we collect
We collect the data you provide through the contact form, WhatsApp, email or in our office: name, email, phone, NIE/DNI, fiscal data and the documentation needed for the service requested. We do not use analytical or advertising cookies without your express consent.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to reply to your enquiry, deliver the professional service you contract and meet the legal obligations a Spanish gestoría must observe (tax, commercial and labour). The legal basis is the performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.
Your rights

Retention
We keep your data for the duration of the professional relationship and afterwards for the applicable legal periods (up to 6 years under the General Tax Law and up to 10 years under anti-money-laundering rules). After those periods, the documentation is destroyed securely.
